MPEG Audio Dub

This tool, requested by Mike Eschman, copies an MPEG System Stream replacing Audio Stream 0 with an audio stream from another file. The replacement audio stream must have the same parameters as the original otherwise the timing will screw up.

Notes:

Usage:

audiodub mpegin audioin mpegout

Source:

audiodub.c - ANSI C, uses stdio. Tested on Solaris and Win95.

Binary:

audiodub.exe - Win95 / NT 32-bit console-mode binary.

Sample Audio:

i20.mpg - First 20+ seconds of Surf Riff © 1997, Bruce Ellis. Note that this file is just an audio stream and only has the "mpg" suffix for the benefit of stupid browsers. It should be 320 065 bytes - if it hasn't been interpreted as a text file!

Disclaimer:

I guarantee that the above binary is a compilation of the above source. All care taken. No responsibility accepted. I have no affiliation with Syntrillium or Hitachi.
